Beau Belle Village

Beau Belle Village Second Life Group

Hello everybody! You may have noticed me absent from the sim a little lately, as I've been beavering away in my workshop making a new style of house for Beau Belle. Having recently launched our luxury houses (see my other blog post about those), the new house aims at the low-cost end of the scale, with rentals starting at $200/week for 50 prims (talk to me if you'd like to rent one with more prims).

It's a small, some would say dinky, house, with just one room. Ideal as a little base to get away from things, for little impromptu gatherings and parties, or a little private space for you and your loved one. Particularly great for those who like a place to live, but aren't in SL much, and can't justify a larger house.

I've just rezzed one so far, for me to live in (I'm only little, I don't need a big house!), and when I get back from holiday in a week or so, I shall set up some more. Anyway, here are some pictures:

As you can see from this interior view, it's surprisingly spacious, and although it has a very traditional English cottage exterior, it has a sleek, modern interior with similar detailing as in the luxury houses in Beau Belle, and even has a skylight!

If you'd like to be one of the first people to rent one of these nifty little cottages, IM me for details! :)

Thankyou Lill and well spotted!! I'm actually spending $500/week on mine, for 150 prims (same deal as the normal cottages) but the normal deal is $200 for 50 prims.

I was presented to this new house last night (you can see part of my home in the 3rd photo ;p) and yes, it's a very cute little house! The interior seems to be spacious, indeed. Great work, BB! :)
Just a question: is the sofa a very-low-prim furniture or did you use all your 50 prims on it? ;))))
